DELIVERY TIMES & PROCEDURES:

Our Partyware division of DisplayBiz is set up for nationwide deliveries. Deliveries are fast posted & usually tracked. All items are couriered to your NZ physical address. (Please note our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes) 

Partyware orders are generally 2-3 day delivery to South Island customers and 3-5 day delivery to North Island customers. Rural deliveries may take up to 5-7 days (please phone to check). Our outmost is done to ensure prompt deliveries or punctual dates specified by customers, however we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates/times specified due to possible third party circumstances out of our control when using couriers, such as busy season delays, strikes, dangerous weather conditions etc. If such delays occur we will endeavor to notify our customers or make alternate arrangements for them.

Orders received after cut off times on Fridays will be couriered on the following Monday(arrival times as stated above). Public holidays will normally delay deliveries (phone if needing to check).

Partyware is delivered within authorized reinforced cardboard boxes (rather than courier bags) to give added protection and the Courier fee is $11.90 NZ wide.

DUNEDIN DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS

We specialize in cost effective Dunedin-wide deliveries of Partyware, Helium Balloon Bouquets and other Balloon Décor as seen on our website www.displaybiz.co.nz (please with us regarding non-partyware delivery costs).

Partyware Delivery costs are determined by our zones $7.00 CBD, $12.00 SUBURBIA. OUTER SUBURBS $12.00.  Next day deliveries of Partyware may not always be possible especially during busy times so we strongly recommend ordering in advance to save possible disappointment and allow for orders to be processed. Please specify on the comments box on the ordering page any requests regarding your delivery.

Orders are 2 day delivery during the working week depending on peak times and stock levels.Same Day Delivery Requests may be possible by special arrangement if orders are received in time by 11am and our schedule allows for this - requests by phone only 027 254 767.

We specialize in Dunedin-wide deliveries & have very cost-effective delivery charges.  However your Partyware may be collected form our Dunedin address at a negotiated time. Please contact us by phone to arrange a collection date/time 027 254 7676.

We can also provide our Dunedin customers matching licensed (and other themed) Helium Inflated Balloons & Balloon Décor to compliment your Partyware orders. Please contact us to check which licensed character Helium Balloons you would like us to include in your order(or other Balloon Décor as seen on our website www.displaybiz.co.nz) and to discuss any extra delivery charges.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

PEAK TIMES

Due to high volumes during peak times, we cannot guarantee deliveries for a specific day or time during this period. Deliveries are made on a first come first serve basis. Due to high volumes during major holidays, we recommend that you place your order well in advance. For last minute orders, we will do our best to get your order out as per your requested date. In the event we cannot, your order will be delivered the next available day.

CONDUCT, HEALTH & SAFETY

Although most partyware orders will be sent by courier, for any non-courier Dunedin based deliveries(especially including Helium Balloons & other Balloon Décor), DisplayBiz staff reserve the right to avoid any situation that would endanger their personal safety and/or company vehicles or equipment when on route or at the destination of delivery, and will do all in their power to preserve the safety of both themselves, those around them & company vehicles & equipment in accordance with New Zealand law and Health & safety guidelines.

SALE AGREEMENT

Upon the completion of ordering Partyware and the correct payment being sent, DisplayBiz enters into agreement of the exchange of goods and services for the agreed price of money. DisplayBiz Limited reserves the right to refuse the delivery of any DisplayBiz Partyware products & services while any amount owing to us remains unpaid. Once the correct payments have been cleared into our account (usually within 24-48 hours) we will courier your items to you and products & services can then be rendered. DisplayBiz will not held liable for any resulting late delivery or disruption of services given.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If for some reason you find it necessary to change your order in some way, call us directly on our Cell Phone (refer Best Ways to Contact Us). We will do our best to accommodate your request, unless the Partyware order is already en route or in the process of delivery. If there is any request from our customer for changes to their orders are achievable, any resulting price difference shall be settled before products are released.

STOPPING OR RESCHEDULING AN ORDER/DELIVERY

Should you need to urgently stop a delivery due to an emergency or unexpected change in the recipient’s circumstances, contact us immediately on our Cellular Phone 027 254 7676 so we can halt the delivery process. If it is not already en route  or delivered. Rescheduling or changing a delivery destination should be possible with ample warning - ideally 2 or 3 working days notice if possible (extra costs may be involved).

CANCELLATIONS

Please note we are normally unable to give refunds on cancellations once your order has been placed and paid for. However, with orders booked well in advance and sufficient notice, exceptions may be made. A $10 cancellation fee will apply. In some cases customers may be given the option of holding credit with us for a future order, to the value of their cancelled order, less cancellation fee. This may be used for a future Partyware order or on any DisplayBiz Balloons & Bows products or services. If you are unhappy with your items (and they are unopened and undamaged) please return them to us within five days and we will exchange the items, hold credit for a future order or refund your money.  Please note we do not refund the courier fee.
